Appointments
Out of respect for your schedule we see patients by appointment only. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer extended office hours. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to honor your scheduled appointment times, and ask that you extend us the same courtesy. If you must change an appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer that reserved time to another patient who needs treatment. There is a charge for appointments broken without 48 hours advance notice.
Financial Policies
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. We also offer interest free financing through DentalBanc and CareCredit. These are great instruments to allow our patients the means to afford the treatment they need, when they need it. If you have dental insurance, we will submit claims on your behalf so that you may receive your benefits quickly and automatically. Your dental insurance company will send your benefit check directly to you. If you have any questions or would like help understanding your dental benefits, we would be happy to help. Accounts unpaid after 30 days from the date of billing are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the balance due. If your account needs to be referred to collections, you will be responsible for the cost of collection, as well as any court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Insurance
As a courtesy, we gladly submit insurance claims on your behalf. At the time of your first visit, we will ask you to provide us with all the necessary insurance information. If there are changes in your coverage, please remember to update that information with us so that we may help you receive your reimbursement efficiently. Dental insurance varies widely depending on the carrier and the benefit selected by the purchaser of the plan (typically your employer). Most plans are designed to make quality dental care more affordable by paying a portion of the costs, but not 100%. As an out of network provider, insurance companies work with us to help you maximize your benefits, and receive the best care possible.
